I am a daycare provider and have had the daycare in my home for almost 1 year and I am already facing burnout. Most of the problem is the issue of my 5-year-old daughter-the naughtiest one in my daycare. I've been wanting to do the family style care, but everyone around here seems to be doing the more preschool type and I thought that I was going to have to go with the flow.
